Our place is designed to be the perfect abode for that weekend break or a leisure holiday. We look forward to hosting people from all around the world.

THE SPACE:

COMMON AREAS
-The Spacious air-conditioned living area has all that is required for a luxury stay. It comes with a modern sofa corner. The comfortable sofa sets and ergonomic coffee table are carefully chosen as per the aesthetics of the apartment and can accommodate 3 people.
The dining area is attached to the living area and has a dining table for 6.
-Kitchen:
The kitchen has a Double door Fridge, a Microwave, a Toaster, a kettle to make light food. Although a 4 -burner gas stove is provided, we encourage the guests to only use it for light- cooking. The guests are welcome to use the kitchen to reheat the food and NOT for cooking heavy meals like rice or meat. A Washing machine is also provided to the guests. Care should be taken to not damage the same.

BEDROOMS
– Master Bedroom:
This cozy air-conditioned bedroom has all the comfort with a king-sized bed with 2 side tables an ideal place to relax in. To add to your comfort, you can also watch TV on a 50” LED TV with HD Channels. There is pullout provided for 1 extra guest. The living room opens to a balcony with a sit out area with 2 stools with a view of the complex and the shared pool. There is also a clothes stand to dry clothes. The Bathroom is not attached and has a hot and cold shower facility.
There is a common pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. A swimming pool rule consists of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory.

1. Smoking only in Balcony

2. Any personal request can be made to the Caretaker eg: Laundry, Errands. This will be at additional cost @ 500 Rs Per Request. – – Check-in time is 2 PM – 10 PM –

3. Drugs and any source of illegal contraband are strictly prohibited on the property. –

4. On checking in please enter your name and other details in the register that will be provided to you by the caretaker. You will be required to provide a copy of your ID. (YOU CAN ALSO MAIL ME A SCANNED COPY OF YOUR ID PROOF TO MY EMAIL ADD. ie Driving Licence/Passport/Adhar Card)

5. Every room has a small wall cupboard provided with a lock and key. (KINDLY ENSURE THAT THE LOCKS AND KEYS ARE KEPT IN YOUR SAFE CUSTODY AND RETURNED TO THE CARETAKER ON CHECKING OUT. DUPLICATE KEYS ARE KEPT WITH THE OWNER IN HIS OFFICE IN PANJIM)

6. There is a “service bell” provided in the verandah. The caretaker who lives in the outhouse will be available on call.

7. Bed Linen will be changed every 3 days on request. Please call the caretaker for a change of Linen. (IF LINEN IS REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED MORE FREQUENTLY, THEN SAME IS CHARGEABLE AT 700 INR PER CHANGE)

8. Instructions for waste segregation have been placed in the kitchen. Please call the caretaker for emptying the bins.

9. Kitchen appliances include a Kettle, Microwave, Water Dispenser, Toaster, and Stove. (PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT NO METAL ITEMS ARE PLACED INSIDE THE MICROWAVE AS STANDARD PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES. MAKE SURE THAT THE WATER KETTLE IS NEVER RUN DRY AT ANY TIME AS THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD)

10. An Iron and Ironing board will be made available to you on request. (TO BE RETURNED TO THE CARETAKER AFTER USE)

11. Any Linen including but not limited to Bath towels, hand towels, pool towels are not to be carried outside the property.

12. A first aid kit is available with the caretaker if needed.

13. ANY ITEM FOUND MISSING OR DAMAGED WILL BE CHARGED FOR.

14. For your safety, we would advise you to swim only in the designated swimming areas which are monitored by the lifeguards. 12. Drugs and any source of illegal contraband are strictly prohibited on the property.

15. Kindly adhere to the check out time to enable us to set up the Apartment for the next guests. Enjoy your stay with us This is not a hotel, it’s my home, which I am sharing with you. Please treat it as one. A humble request to guests not to damage the house and property in any way or remove any items that have been placed in the house. We do not take a security deposit as we trust our guests 100%. Please make sure the beach is not littered. Please keep Candolim and Goa clean!
