This is a luxury villa in Alibag located at a distance of 15 minutes for people coming from the Mandawa jetty. This luxury farmhouse has 5 rooms and sleeps a total of 17 people. The house is one the most luxurious properties available in alibaug and is perfect for people hosting events. You can board the ferry at Mumbai and be here in an hour and a half or maybe even faster if you take a speed boat. We have provisions for a full time cook at our place at a very nominal cost.

Check-in is anytime after 1PM and check out by 11AM

Any specific requests that include people coming over or anything out of the ordinary should be conveyed to us prior to booking.

Please take care of the house as if it is your own place. Take care to not to party in excess and enjoy responsibly.

No food/drinks in the pool side.

No visitors while you are at home without prior confirmation as we charge per person even for day visits.

Please do not be rude to our staff, they are like our extended family.

No cooking in the house except for babies and elderly people.
