– There is one living room on the ground floor and one on the second floor.
– The living room on the ground floor offers comfortable seating for up to 20 people.
– The living room on the second floor offers comfortable seating for up to 15 people.
Both the living rooms have ACs attached.
– There is a private lawn of 2400 sq. ft. which offers comfortable seating for up to 25 people.
– Events can be hosted there with prior notice.
– There is a gazebo/shamiana on the lawn.
– The lawn is under CCTV surveillance for security purposes.
– There is a swimming pool which offers a view of the garden.
– The pool is 19 X 15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
– It is accessible from 6 AM to 10 PM.
– The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, an induction plate, a mixer, a grinder, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
– Crockery and cutlery are available for 25 people.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
BEDROOMS
– There are 5 bedrooms.
– ACs, TVs, and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– All rooms have king-size beds.
– The room on the ground floor has a patio attached.
– The rooms on levels 1 and 2 have attached balconies.
– There are 6 bathrooms in the villa – 1 common and 5 attached.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
– Separate dressing areas are offered in one bathroom on levels 1 and 2 each.

THINGS TO NOTE
– For groups of 10, all meals are priced at Rs.2500 for vegetarians and Rs.3000 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day.
– All meals will be prepared in a centralized kitchen and delivered to the villa.
– Breakfast will be offered from 9:00-10:00 AM, lunch and dinner at 2:00 PM 8:00 PM respectively.
– Guests can also eat out or order from nearby restaurants like Ustaadi, Ravine Hotel, Delhi Darbar, and Mapro Garden.
– A cook can be arranged at a charge of Rs.4000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
– Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
– Drinking is allowed.
– Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
– Pets are not allowed to enter the pool.
-​​​​​​. Guest must be asymptomatic with no existing co-morbid disease. Guests above the age of 60 are not allowed.
– Hand sanitizing and temperature check is a must when entering the villa.
– Guests are requested to carry their own with gloves, face masks, etc.
– Swimming pools/common gathering halls/ conference halls will remain shut.
– Social distancing in parking lots and other common areas.
– Use of Aarogya Setu app is compulsory for all guests.
– If any guest tests positive – Kindly isolate in a separate room and contact the nearest hospital. The room will be disinfected immediately.
– Dine for restaurants is not allowed.
– Guests are solely responsible for all other members of the group. Avoid staying with people other than relatives.
POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
