Bulbulwadi

Stag male groups not allowed due to my female staff being uncomfortable and children below 12 not allowed!!
This property sits on around 2 acres of land and is a two bhk with its own private pool and gazebo in addition to a large garden. The house is tastefully decorated and comes with all facilities that a group would require for a comfortable stay. The house sits right opposite the Awas creek and is takes around 10 minutes to reach from the jetty.

The space

The Common areas
The common areas include the garden which occupies around 90 percent of the total plot, It is ideal to walk around and we have set up chairs and loungers on the verandah outside so that you can spend your time lazing around there.

The pool
This is quite a large pool and sits upon the corner of the plot in front of the Gazebo. The pool is very large and comparable to hotel pools in size. We have provided seating arrangements right next to the pool so that you can rest there after your swimming session.

The Gazebo
The Gazebo is quite large and has a seating capacity of around 10 people. It is furnished with sofas and a bar table.

The Hall
The Hall is designed to take in the elements of nature and has an opening filled with bamboo plants in the center. The open design ensures plenty of natural light and air while also having a cooling effect overall. There is a dining table, A sofa set with a center table and a swing.
Room 1
Room one has a double bed along with a tv and attached washroom. The rooms are large and airy with large windows that bring a lot of light and air into the room. The washrooms are large and have a semi open type of shower and a western toilet. This room also has a large Lcd.
Room 2
Room 2 has a double bed along with an attached washroom. The rooms are large and airy with large windows that bring a lot of light and air into the room. The washrooms are large and have a semi open type of shower and a western toilet.

Guest access

Guests should stay out of my room and only stay in the room that is given to them. All other spaces are open and available to the guests.

Interaction with guests

I will not always be available at the property but will be available over the phone. My managers and staff will always be available to provide any sort of help that you require.

Please note that food can be made by our caretaker at reasonable rates.

Skyfall Valley View

Skyfall is a luxurious 6-bedroom valley-facing bungalow in Panchgani. Located on the edge of a cliff, Skyfall has amazing valley views from all sides. On the right-hand side is the Bhilar waterfall and on the left-hand side is the Dhom dam with a beautiful valley in between.
The Gazeebo on this property is unlike any other being on the edge of the cliff making it a perfect spot to chill while taking in the views.

The hills of Nandanwan are home to celebrities and your neighbors include celebrities like Asha Bhosle and Urmila Matondkar.

Harman Grand is a lavish 4bhk with swimming pool at backyard situated in the mountains of Tungarali, one of the most scenic areas of Lonavala. It is fully furnished with all the necessary amenities that a family or group of friends would require for a lavish weekend getaway. Come to relax in our swimming pool as you take in the magnificent views that are characteristic of the Tungarali hills.

The space

From our bungalow, you can watch the hills being blanketed by the misty clouds with your family and forget the stress full city life. This area is relatively pollution free and less crowded than the main commercial part of Lonavala. The fresh oxygen and views from our terrace will make you forget all your worries and put you in a state of nirvana. Our house has a widescreen Tv with Tata sky so that you keep in touch with everything that is going on. The kitchen in the house is fully stocked so that you can prepare your own dishes instead of relying on unhealthy hotel food. You may feel free to cook anything your heart desires as our kitchen is completely ready. The living room has plush sofas and the kitchen has a fridge, microwave and aqua guard.

COMMON AREA
-Living Area:
The cozy living area is attached to the dining cum kitchen area. It has a large sofa, a Teapot with 2 small stools, an Led TV with Tata Sky connection to relax and enjoy some entertainment. There is a window with blinds with the view of the complex. It also has a separate seating area with a sofa with a small teapot with a carpet area where one can relax.
-The dining area is attached to the kitchen cum living area. It has a dining table with 4 high chairs.
-Kitchen:
The kitchen is attached to the dining cum living area and is fully equipped with a Double door fridge, microwave, 4 burner cook-top, toaster, hot water kettle, Water Purifier, cutting board and a set of knives, basic utensils, and cutlery Although a 4 -burner cooktop is provided, we encourage the guests to only use it for light- cooking. The guests are welcome to use the kitchen to reheat the food and NOT for cooking heavy meals like rice or meat. There is no washing machine provided.

BEDROOMS
– One Air-Conditioned bedroom with a double bed.
-Master Bedroom:
The Master bedroom is air-conditioned, with 6’x 5’ long king size bed with an attached bathroom. It has a Double Door wardrobe, one side table, and a mirror too. The bedroom has stairs that go up to the terrace but nobody has accessed the same at the moment.
The entrance to the second room is through the first one
There is a common pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. A swimming pool rule consists of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for males & swimming costumes for ladies and is mandatory.

 

 

Guest access

The guests have access to the swimming pool, garden/lawn, gym and exclusive Terrace Garden when outside the apartment. Inside, you have the whole apartment to yourself! Make yourself at home!

This is a Stylish Apartment with High Standard accommodation and rests on the 3rd Floor with lift facility. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. It has  This Apartment does not allow bachelors and children at the property.
