La Caché on Mandwa beach

Enjoy sailing or bring your car on the ro-ro ferry from Mumbai to Alibaug (Mandwa), to reach this charming beachfront villa. La Caché is the perfect villa to host celebratory events, especially with the ample space in the outdoor patio/garden area, plus lounging space in the downstairs area.  The verandah, hammock, and barbecue areas are all fit for unwinding any time of the day. Besides, the villa opens up to the beach, so you can enjoy an evening drink by the shore!

COMMON AREAS
– There is a spacious living room on the ground floor. It offers sofa-style seating for up to 7 people.
– The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor. It can comfortably seat up to 6 people.
– The dining area opens up to a verandah that is equipped with a fixed swing & other cane seating arrangements
– It is equipped with a water dispenser, crockery, and cutlery.

BEDROOMS
– There are 3 cozy bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the intermediate & first floor.
– All rooms offer amenities including a queen-sized bed, AC, and individual bathrooms.

– We can provide accommodation for 1 staff member within the villa premises, at an additional charge of Rs. 2000 per day, excluding meals and taxes. Accommodation for cook and driver are not allowed at the property. However, it can be arranged close to the villa at an additional cost. Meal charges for personal staff are Rs. 200 per meal, and tea snacks are priced at Rs.100. If guests opt for regular meal packages for their staff members, the associated price will be the same as guests.

THINGS TO NOTE
– All meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 2300 per person, per day.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen
– There are no meal charges for kids below the age of 6 years. Half the meal price will be charged for kids between the ages of 6 and 12 years, and full price for kids above the age of 12 years.
– Guests can opt for dinner with a barbecue meal at an additional cost of Rs. 1250 per person.
– All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– Ordering-in of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– The villa entrance is from the beach, due to which the path leading up to the property may have some debris.
– During high tides, guests may not be able to drive their cars up to the entrance of the villa. It is also recommended to not step out during high tides. Similarly, the vehicle will require to be parked on the main road before the high tide comes in.
– Guests may be pre-informed about the high tide timings so that they can plan their arrival before or after the tide has receded.

Doves Nest Alibaug is an independent cottage set up with 4 cottages in Alibaug and is just a 2-minute walk away from Kihim Beach, which is popularly known for water sports. The property is located about 8- 10 km away from Mandwa port. Doves Nest has everything you need for an unforgettable and relaxing getaway! You can take refreshing dips in the pool, cool off in the gazebo, and enjoy a drink at the bar.

– The pool has a depth of 4 ft – 4.5 ft. Guests are advised to be cautious, especially with children (the baby pool is 2 ft deep).
– A refundable security deposit of Rs.5000/- will be collected at check-in. This amount is refundable at the time of check out against any damages.

Farm Rules
– Loud music/noise is prohibited outdoor after 10.00 PM; music can be played inside at considerable volume.
– Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
– No littering at the property.
– 1 guest has to provide a photocopy of the photo ID (Aadhar Card) at the time of check-in, the rest guests have to fill in the details required in the form.

Interaction With Guests
– The host is not present at the property; a trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to help you to have a perfect stay.
