This property sits on around 2 acres of land and is a two bhk with its own private pool and gazebo in addition to a large garden. The house is tastefully decorated and comes with all facilities that a group would require for a comfortable stay. The house sits right opposite the Awas creek and is takes around 10 minutes to reach from the jetty.

The space

The Common areas
The common areas include the garden which occupies around 90 percent of the total plot, It is ideal to walk around and we have set up chairs and loungers on the verandah outside so that you can spend your time lazing around there.

The pool
This is quite a large pool and sits upon the corner of the plot in front of the Gazebo. The pool is very large and comparable to hotel pools in size. We have provided seating arrangements right next to the pool so that you can rest there after your swimming session.

The Gazebo
The Gazebo is quite large and has a seating capacity of around 10 people. It is furnished with sofas and a bar table.

The Hall
The Hall is designed to take in the elements of nature and has an opening filled with bamboo plants in the center. The open design ensures plenty of natural light and air while also having a cooling effect overall. There is a dining table, A sofa set with a center table and a swing.
Room 1
Room one has a double bed along with a tv and attached washroom. The rooms are large and airy with large windows that bring a lot of light and air into the room. The washrooms are large and have a semi open type of shower and a western toilet. This room also has a large Lcd.
Room 2
Room 2 has a double bed along with an attached washroom. The rooms are large and airy with large windows that bring a lot of light and air into the room. The washrooms are large and have a semi open type of shower and a western toilet.

Guest access

Guests should stay out of my room and only stay in the room that is given to them. All other spaces are open and available to the guests.

Interaction with guests

I will not always be available at the property but will be available over the phone. My managers and staff will always be available to provide any sort of help that you require.

Other things to note

Please note that food can be made by our caretaker at reasonable rates.

Not safe or suitable for children (0-12) and pets – We have pets in the house. 2 Dogs and a cat. Swimming pool is quite deep. We will cancel bookings if kids are there.

Skyfall Valley View

Skyfall is a luxurious 6-bedroom valley-facing bungalow in Panchgani. Located on the edge of a cliff, Skyfall has amazing valley views from all sides. On the right-hand side is the Bhilar waterfall and on the left-hand side is the Dhom dam with a beautiful valley in between.
The Gazeebo on this property is unlike any other being on the edge of the cliff making it a perfect spot to chill while taking in the views.

Located in the charming hills of Nandanwan, this villa is placed on one of the mounts with a scenic view of the countryside. This villa is a single-level property that is perfect for groups coming with senior citizens as it provides easy accessibility. This villa is one of a kind and has a very unique design which puts it in stark contrast to all the villas around. The hills of Nandanwan are home to celebrities and your neighbors include celebrities like Asha Bhosle and Urmila Matondkar.

Other things to note

Load music, self-cooking is not allowed. Outside meals are not allowed except packaged snacks, as our efficient and well-trained staff do all the cooking. Only mothers with babies can cook infant meals if required.

Loud music, the sound of any kind, and disturbance +
distractions to the surrounding neighborhood are
not permitted.

• Any kind of illegal and immoral activities within
our premises is strictly prohibited.

IN CASE OF MAIN POWER FAILURE, THERE IS AN INVERTER BACK UP FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. AIRCONDITIONERS DO NOT FUNCTION DURING THIS TIME.

Harman Grande

Harman Grand is a lavish 4bhk with swimming pool at backyard situated in the mountains of Tungarali, one of the most scenic areas of Lonavala. It is fully furnished with all the necessary amenities that a family or group of friends would require for a lavish weekend getaway. Come to relax in our swimming pool as you take in the magnificent views that are characteristic of the Tungarali hills.

The space

From our bungalow, you can watch the hills being blanketed by the misty clouds with your family and forget the stress full city life. This area is relatively pollution free and less crowded than the main commercial part of Lonavala. The fresh oxygen and views from our terrace will make you forget all your worries and put you in a state of nirvana. Our house has a widescreen Tv with Tata sky so that you keep in touch with everything that is going on. The kitchen in the house is fully stocked so that you can prepare your own dishes instead of relying on unhealthy hotel food. You may feel free to cook anything your heart desires as our kitchen is completely ready. The living room has plush sofas and the kitchen has a fridge, microwave and aqua guard.

Nirvana Villa 4bhk with the largest Pool

This is a luxury villa in Alibaug located at a distance of 10 minutes for people coming from the Mandwa jetty. This luxury farmhouse has 4 rooms and sleeps a total of 16. The house is one the most luxurious properties available in Alibaug. You can board the ferry at Mumbai and be here in 80 minutes or in 45 mins if you take a speedboat. We have provisions for a full time cook at our place at a nominal cost.

Zen Villa Swanand Farm :Luxury Pool villa

This is a luxury villa in Alibag located at a distance of 15 minutes for people coming from the Mandawa jetty. This luxury farmhouse has 5 rooms and sleeps a total of 17 people. The house is one the most luxurious properties available in alibaug and is perfect for people hosting events. You can board the ferry at Mumbai and be here in an hour and a half or maybe even faster if you take a speed boat. We have provisions for a full time cook at our place at a very nominal cost.
