Welcome to Joe’s villa, a luxurious 4 BHK property located in the convenient and private area of Tungrali Lonavala. Our spacious villa can accommodate up to 25 guests, making it perfect for a vacation or gathering with friends and family.
As soon as you step inside, you’ll be blown away by the open and airy living room, which features plenty of comfortable seating and stunning views of the surrounding area. The living room leads out to the beautiful garden, where you can relax and unwind in the fresh air.
In the warmer months, you’ll love spending time in our huge swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off on a hot day. The pool is surrounded by a deck, where you can sunbathe or enjoy a meal al fresco. The fully equipped kitchen is just steps away, making it easy to whip up snacks or meals for your group.
Our villa features four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with attached bathrooms and double beds. If you need extra sleeping space, we can provide extra mattresses upon request. All of our beds are outfitted with comfortable linens and pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
In addition to the amenities within our villa, we also offer cooking services at an additional cost. This is a great option if you don’t want to worry about meal planning during your stay.

THE SPACE
COMMON SPACE
– The living room is located on the ground floor overlooking the lawn and the pool.
– It spacious and has a seating arrangement for 8-10 people
– A flat-screen TV, a music system and WiFi are available in the living area
– A few board games are available at the villa
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier
– Cooking is not allowed in the villa. However, guests can make tea/coffee for themselves
– Meals can be arranged on additional cost 2 days prior to check in date.
– Crockery is available for 15 people
– The villa has a private pool and a huge lawn
– Pool size: 20ft x 12ft with a depth of 4ft
– Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children.
– Outdoor games like cricket, badminton are available at the villa

– Some bedrooms have balconies
– All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
– Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
– The villa has 5 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom
– All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply
– Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
– It is a complex of 10 villa, each with an occupancy of 15 people. Multiple units can be booked to host larger groups.
– The caretaker and his family stay in the villa. They have a room with separate access. There is no separate kitchen for the caretaker, however, utensils will be different.
– Driver accommodation is not available at the villa
– The last stretch to the villa can be a bit rough as the roads could be damaged by unfavorable weather.
-All kids over the age of 5 will be counted as adults and will be charged full price for accommodation. For food, kids between 5-10 will be charged half price and below 5 will not be charged.
-Meals can be arranged at an additional cost.

-No pets allowed at the villa – Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

-However, guests can consume non-veg food ordered from elsewhere.
-No footwear allowed inside the villa – IDs are required for all guests.
