THE SPACE
COMMON SPACE
– The living room is located on the ground floor overlooking the lawn and the pool.
– It spacious and has a seating arrangement for 8-10 people
– A flat-screen TV, a music system and WiFi are available in the living area
– A few board games are available at the villa
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier
– Cooking is not allowed in the villa. However, guests can make tea/coffee for themselves
– Meals can be arranged on additional cost 2 days prior to check in date.
– Crockery is available for 15 people
– The villa has a private pool and a huge lawn
– Pool size: 20ft x 12ft with a depth of 4ft
– Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children.

– It is a complex of 10 villa, each with an occupancy of 15 people. Multiple units can be booked to host larger groups.
– The caretaker and his family stay in the villa. They have a room with separate access. There is no separate kitchen for the caretaker, however, utensils will be different.
– Driver accommodation is not available at the villa
– The last stretch to the villa can be a bit rough as the roads could be damaged by unfavorable weather.
-All kids over the age of 5 will be counted as adults and will be charged full price for accommodation. For food, kids between 5-10 will be charged half price and below 5 will not be charged.
-Meals can be arranged at an additional cost.

This beautiful flat is located in the Dadar Parsi colony. The flat is recently renovated and all rooms come with its own attached washroom. The building is an old building but the house is very recently upgraded with all modern amenities.
