The space
This is a Stylish Apartment with High Standard accommodation and rests on the 3rd Floor with lift facility. It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. It has One Air-Conditioned bedroom with a King sized bed. This Apartment does not allow bachelors and children at the property.
The house has a projector and speakers for the use and luxury of the guests.

KITCHEN:
The Modular kitchen has a large fridge which is attached to the dining cum living area and is fully equipped with a Double door fridge, microwave, 4 burner cook-top, toaster, hot water kettle, Water Purifier, cutting board and a set of knives, basic utensils, and cutlery Although a 4 -burner cooktop is provided, we encourage the guests to only use it for light- cooking. The guests are welcome to use the kitchen to reheat the food and NOT for cooking heavy meals like rice or meat. There is no washing machine provided.
BEDROOM:
The Master bedroom is air-conditioned, with 6’x 5’ long king size bed with an attached bathroom. It has a Double Door wardrobe, one side table, and a mirror too.
There is a common pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. A swimming pool rule consists of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory.
Guest access
The guests have access to the swimming pool, garden/lawn, gym, and exclusive Terrace Garden when outside the apartment. Inside, you have the whole apartment to yourself! Make yourself at home!
Interaction with guests
Your stay will be taken care of by our well-trained housekeeping staff.

2. Any personal request can be made to the Caretaker eg: Laundry, Errands.
This will be at additional cost @ 500 Rs Per Request.
3. Drugs and any source of illegal contraband are strictly prohibited on the property.
4. On checking in please enter your name and other details in the register that will be provided to you by the caretaker. You will be required to provide a copy of your ID. (YOU CAN ALSO MAIL ME A SCANNED COPY OF YOUR ID PROOF TO MY EMAIL ADD. ie Driving Licence/Passport/Adhar Card)
5. Every room has a small wall cupboard provided with a lock and key. (KINDLY ENSURE THAT THE LOCKS AND KEYS ARE KEPT IN YOUR SAFE CUSTODY AND RETURNED TO THE CARETAKER ON CHECKING OUT. DUPLICATE KEYS ARE KEPT WITH THE OWNER IN HIS OFFICE IN PANJIM)
6. There is a “service bell” provided in the verandah. The caretaker who lives in the outhouse will be available on call.
7. Bed Linen will be changed every 3 days on request. Please call the caretaker for a change of Linen. (IF LINEN IS REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED MORE FREQUENTLY, THEN SAME IS CHARGEABLE AT 700 INR PER CHANGE)
8. Instructions for waste segregation have been placed in the kitchen. Please call the caretaker for emptying the bins.
9. Kitchen appliances include a Kettle, Microwave, Water Dispenser, Toaster, and Stove. (PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT NO METAL ITEMS ARE PLACED INSIDE THE MICROWAVE AS STANDARD PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES. MAKE SURE THAT THE WATER KETTLE IS NEVER RUN DRY AT ANY TIME AS THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD)
10. An Iron and Ironing board will be made available to you on request. (TO BE RETURNED TO THE CARETAKER AFTER USE)
11. Any Linen including but not limited to Bath towels, hand towels, pool towels are not to be carried outside the property.
12. A first aid kit is available with the caretaker if needed.
13. ANY ITEM FOUND MISSING OR DAMAGED WILL BE CHARGED FOR.
14. For your safety, we would advise you to swim only in the designated swimming areas which are monitored by the lifeguards.
15. Drugs and any source of illegal contraband are strictly prohibited on the property.
16. Kindly adhere to the check out time to enable us to set up the Apartment for the next guests. Enjoy your stay with us This is not a hotel, it’s my home, which I am sharing with you. Please treat it as one. A humble request to guests not to damage the house and property in any way or remove any items that have been placed in the house. We do not take a security deposit as we trust our guests 100%. Please make sure the beach is not littered. Please keep Candolim and Goa clean!
